Brad Cunningham, Founding Partner
Brad Cunningham is an award-winning family law attorney with nearly two decades of experience guiding clients through high-stakes divorce, child custody, and complex property division matters. Christian Barnard, Founding Partner
Christian Barnard is a respected family law attorney with broad experience in divorce, child custody, guardianship, adoption, and complex property division. He also drafts and enforces prenuptial agreements and represents clients in matters involving alimony, child support, and business asset division. Recognized in Best Lawyers in America and Oklahoma Super Lawyers, Christian is known for his skill, integrity, and dedication to client-centered advocacy.
Admitted to the Oklahoma Bar in 2009, Christian also practices before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Western Districts of Oklahoma and several trial courts. Before co-founding Cunningham Barnard, he built a reputation for navigating high-stakes cases with precision and empathy.
Christian earned his B.A. from the University of Oklahoma and his J.D. from the University of Tulsa College of Law, where he served as Senior Articles Editor for the Tulsa Journal of Comparative & International Law. A Tulsa resident, he’s active in the community and devoted to his wife, two daughters, and their lively household of pets.
Cheyenne Barnard, Associate Attorney
Cheyenne Barnard is a family law attorney committed to providing thoughtful, effective representation to clients navigating some of life’s most consequential legal matters. Her practice encompasses a broad range of family law issues, including divorce, child custody disputes, modifications of visitation and parental rights, enforcement actions, guardianships, and adoptions. She also serves as a Guardian Ad Litem, advocating for the best interests of children involved in legal proceedings.

Kim holds a bachelor’s degree in Business from Oklahoma State University and is committed to ongoing professional development in the legal field.
